คำแนะนำการลบข้อมูล

คุณสามารถขอให้เราลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับคุณ ได้แก่ ข้อความในแชท ชื่อ เบอร์โทร ที่อยู่ และประวัติคำสั่งซื้อ

วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

ทางแชท: ส่งข้อความหาเพจของเราว่า "ขอลบข้อมูลของฉัน" แล้วแอดมินจะดำเนินการให้
ทางอีเมลหรือโทรศัพท์: ติดต่อตามช่องทางด้านล่าง พร้อมแจ้งชื่อ Facebook ที่ใช้ทักเรา

เราจะลบข้อมูลให้ภายใน 30 วันนับจากได้รับคำขอ และแจ้งกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ

ข้อยกเว้น

หากมีคำสั่งซื้อที่ยังไม่เสร็จสิ้น เช่น ยังไม่ได้จัดส่งหรืออยู่ระหว่างการรับประกัน เราอาจจำเป็นต้องเก็บข้อมูลบางส่วนไว้จนกว่าจะเสร็จสิ้น รวมถึงข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ เช่น เอกสารทางบัญชี

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you, including conversation history, name, phone number, delivery address and order records.

Via Messenger: send a message to our Page saying "Please delete my data" and our admin will process it.
Via email or phone: contact us using the details above and include the Facebook name you used to message us.

We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once completed. We may retain limited information required to complete an open order or to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
